<p>I am going to participate in Job Interview. Does anyone know what that’s like? Or any advice? i have NO IDEA what to expect</p>

<p>I’ve done competitions for BPA not FBLA. I did Interview Skills and Basic Office Systems and Procedures.</p>

<p>They ask questions like “how do your talents relate to the workspace”, “what are your future plans”, “why do you want this job”. They really made it seem like it was a real job interview. Just be ready to answer any questions about your life, school life, future plans, and skills. Also they might ask you to identify your weakness. Just be ready for anything really. Also my own advice (2nd in state for interview skills btw), try to come off professional but also engaging. Really let them get to know you, you might even make a connection with one of the people interviewing you. Really dig deep into the questions they ask you so you will be able to show them the real you.</p>
<p>I am majorly involved in my school’s FBLA chapter. Be prepared with questions for them because they will invariably ask you if you have any questions. Ask them things like “what will my day to day duties be in this job?” And things like that. Know your resume. Stay calm cool and collected. Good luck!</p>
