<p>For those of you with a graduating senior (not going onto grad school) what solutions have you found for continuing their health care?</p>
<p>As in a graduating college senior? If they’re not going to grad school, their own job…with health care from their employer…is the best solution.</p>
<p>Well duh, obviously that is the best solution, but in today’s economy that is a little callous. But what are your child’s plans? If he/she is taking an unpaid internship, can you check with your employer if they can stay on your policy. </p>
<p>If not, I would say this, tell said child to get all medical work done, including any checkups covered, while on your policy, then assuming said child is relatively healthy, go for a high deductible plan with low premiums.</p>
