It looks like the Claremont colleges don’t have wrestling (they do have football, as intparent said):

However, I believe the OP said he doesn’t think he’s very likely to continue football or wrestling in college because of the time commitment.
If he wants to continue in sports but with a lesser time commitment, and has an interest in learning (or going back to) a different sport, he might want to look into club sports (or intramurals if he wants a lower level of commitment than club and doesn’t want any travel).
I know that Ultimate frisbee, for example, often has players who used to play football or soccer who start in college (because the majority of players start playing in college) and are very successful at it because of their speed, reflexes, and field sense. (Both NU and HMU have Ultimate.) Generally the A teams practice a lot and travel to compete somewhat frequently, and the B teams have a lower level of commitment, fewer practices, travel a couple of times, and it’s OK to miss tournaments if the timing doesn’t work well. For other club sports, I don’t know how successful athletes are at getting on to club teams in sports they haven’t competed in before.
There are more different types of club sports at NU than at the Claremont colleges, but that only matters if there are club sports he’d be interested in switching to at NU that aren’t at HMU.
If the idea of club sports interests you, OP, take a look at the list of club sports at both:
