Howard university gave me acceptance email but has not sent any documents regarding acceptance still.
I need to submit enrollment fee to obtain my i20 but due to earthquake I was not able to deposite it.
I tried to communicate with the university but they have not responded to any of my mails. I do not know what to do next.
And one thing more. I want to study genetic engineering but I was not accepted in any university that offer biotechnology. Howard university has Biological science Which is going to be my major. My question is will I get into good grad schools with biotech and genetic engineering if I study biology?
Clearly I will have to work and study as I have only tuition scholarship no room and board. Will that hamper my study?
I want expert advise who have been through this situation. I have to make decision between going to USA and study biology or going to India and studying biotechnology and applying after bachelors degree.
Please help me out!!
