UVA: Match (i don’t know if legacy plays a major effect here)
Illinois: Depends on major and college you are applying for. If it is engineering, it will be a reach.
Purdue: Match / Reach

UIUC and Purdue are reaches for everyone for engineering and CS. UIUC won’t give financial aid to OOS students, so make sure you can afford to be full pay. It looks like you’ve got some match schools on your list, so you should be okay.
