I’m soooo sorry to everyone for the long wait… I’ve been extremely busy since I created this. School and work is a pain in the neck!!!
I would also like to thank everyone that is helping me, you don’t know how much this means to me!
To Snowflake, thank you for the eye opening advice; I can read music a little bit…I know all the keys on the piano… I’m going to buy a music thoery book to learn more about it. I’m also very close to buying music production software to really see if music is my thing. (if someone can suggest software that would be absolutely extremely helpful!)
JHolloway, congradulations!!! You are very lucky And yes, please update me when you start.
I’m still trying to figure out if I want to major or minor in music industry. As of right now I see myself in that career, but Syracuse and College of St. Rose’s major requires and audition. I’m really looking into those schools but I won’t be able to do the major. The minor would be fine but I wouldn’t want to be accepted into the minor there and the major at another college. I have narrowed my list down to colleges with no audition but those are the only ones that I like that do need an audition…

University of New Haven
University of Hartford
Drexel University
Northeastern U
SUNY Oneonta
NYU
I just added Temple University for their B.A. Broadcasting, Telecommunications, and Mass Media, concentration in Media Production and/or concentration in Media Business Entrep… their Music school requires audition

Soooo… please comment! THANK YOU all again!!
P.S. I’m not only looking into music, I will be majoring in general business also.
