helpppp !!!!!

Hi. I’m sophomore in high school … by the way im international student
and this is my second year in usa

Politic and international affiar always been my passion
I went to many seminars about politic.
I had been in a protest against corruption in my country
and i always thinking about major Politic or Internaitonal Affiar in college.

  • I took American Government (junior class) last year and got
the #1 highest score in government class (out of at least 100 students)
  • i am taking American History Honor this year

but i also love MATH!!! …
I took Pre-Calculus in my freshman year and got and A (2nd highest score out of somewhat 100 students in Precal class - most are senior and junior)
I’m taking AP Calculus AB this year
however, i don’t really like science that much – still i did pretty good
get an A in Integrated Chemistry and Physic last year
(and was nominated and won Science Student - for freshman)

but anyway … what should i major in — / and what college?
summary

  • i like learning about International affair or politic
  • i want to do math
  • so i think i should major in engineer (but not hardcore Science or math college - like MIT,CIT,Vtech) but instead in liberal art college or university which have a very strong liberal art class also

thank you
i appreciate for answering and helping me out

Hmm you like both international affair/politics and math… well looks like you are gonna have to do some thinking about which one you are more inclined towards as those two are in very different fields.

But I think a good major for you would be Economics. It has a lot of math and also involves some politics. It is primarily about the everyday decision that we make. If it interests you, you should look further into it. I like it that you want to go to a liberal arts school.
