Work on improving my marriage

Spend less time on the computer and more time reading books

I have lots of things I want to work on in 2009, but I’ve settled on one over-arching resolution to support them: Take everything, and make the most of everything, ONE DAY AT A TIME.

I have started my new year resolution back in Oct. I have been swimming 20 laps everyday. But in 2009, I would like to increase it to 50 laps with more swimming on my back to strengthen my upper shoulders. My goal is to put my doctor out of business, or to see him once a year, ie no matter how nice/pleasant he is.

Go to bed earlier.

Take a walk every day with my H.

Stop procrastinating on the computer.

Exercise more.

Read more books.

-Hit a 1200 lb crossfit total
-300 pts on Marine PFT
-graduate college with minimum debt
-read at least one book every 2 weeks
-eliminate temper and try to be less hot headed

1) Adhere to a workout routine and loose my abdominal fat. (Toughest one by far!)
2) Resolve to utilize my free time to enhance my knowledge in Neurology
3) Spend some time weekly in studying Japanese
4) Travel to a place I haven’t visited before (Hawaii or Alaska or Australia) with my family
5) Resolve to not bite baits of arguments with argumentative people
6) Reach the goal of donating 1% income to Kiva and Doctors without borders combined

Aack. Wrong thread!

Spend more time enjoying the company of my 85 year old mom!

Take better care of myself.

Stop Procrastinating so much

Stop taking so much for granted
