Does a high school coach HAVE to report underage drinking if he is informed of it?
IMO he should.
I agree but wonder about the legality. For example, if someone went over his head and reported it to school board etc woukd he get in trouble.
Technically they can do whatever they want, but if the school found out they were aware and didn’t do anything about it, I imagine they would get in decent trouble.
