<p>Yeah, my essays done too. Emailing teachers about recommendations details tomorrow.</p>
<p>Feel good about my essay. Been meticulously tweaking it for about a week.</p>
<p>I feel awesome about my essay too. I just have to consult an English teacher about what I think is a weird tense shift.</p>
<p>Bleh, I have no clue what to do for the essay. The one I wanted to do is covered by the EC essay. I filled out all of the basics. </p>
<p>On another note, when does the FAFSA for this year come out?</p>
<p>yeah i feel like such a nerd now realizing that im excited to finishing filling out the common app but now I have a lot of to essays to write and I dont know where to start!</p>
<p>But yeah the FAFSA form wont come out till January 1st for 2013</p>

<p>I’ll probably do it the last week of summer. Right now I’m just thinking of essay topics which isn’t going well at all.</p>
<p>^How are you getting recommendations over the summer? Email? That seems very impersonal and I wouldn’t want to bother my teachers over the summer. I’m pretty sure most, if not all, kids in my school get them the September or October coming up.</p>
<p>Well, I haven’t actually gotten them yet, and school does start in a week or two here…</p>
<p>But, I am homeschooled. I did attened a “school” last year, and it’s kinda a commuter school, with kids coming in from all over the city. There are 5/6 different sites around Atlanta where we sit and have a “digital” class (we watch the teacher/other classrooms on the TV). Twice a week, we all get to be together in the same building.</p>
<p>However, I usually went down just once a week, and was at home for most of the other days. As I’m not attending there anymore, I might just have to email them for it.</p>
<p>19 days until senior year starts! </p>
<p>(Yes, I am a dork who starts college apps as soon as they come out and counts down the days until school starts, LOL.)</p>

<p>My friend just got back from NYC</p>
<p>My other friend has persistent tendonitis on top of flat feet. She’ll most likely need tendon repair surgery plus the surgery I had. I feel so bad for her. What I had was so incredibly painful, so I can’t even imagine what both will be like.</p>
