High School Class of 2014

I feel weird saying where I go to school on this thread… I’ll message you :)

Marshall is my #2 choice school. It also sounds like a great place.

@nwpnerd… Lucky you get to chose…

I had some input on where to live.

That’s good  I have to admit it’s a nice area, as much as I want to get out of here…

yeah  i’m kinda excited for the move :)

You should be, it’s awesome here. :)

It must be so hard to leave your friends though

When (if at all), do you guys plan on taking the PSAT? This coming year or junior year?

I took it this year and got a 219(68 math, 79 writing, 72 critical reading), which would have just barely made me a National Merit Semifinalist if I were a junior. At my school(might be countywide, I’m not sure) everyone takes it freshman, sophomore, and junior years.

We only take it Sophomore year (optional) and Junior year.

All sophomores at my school are required to take the PSAT.

As I’ve said earlier, our school system isn’t the biggest success ever.

@jereve It is hard leaving, but this is going to be my 10th house.

@nwp–Why do you move around so much? If you don’t mind me asking. Do you have family in the military?

Yep.

10char

I took the PSAT last year in 8th. I got a 53M/52CR/46W. I’m going to take it in both Junior and Sophomore years.

In 8th grade, I got a 176 PSAT combined (don’t know the breakdown). This year, I got a 205 (74 CR, 68 M, 63 W).

I’m hoping for a 220+ next year, as I didn’t study for either of the PSATs I’ve taken so far.

Dang!!! How’d you do that?

Lol I don’t know. I guess I read a lot, and I’m a good test taker.
