If it isn’t the same I link I PMed you guys yesterday, can someone PM me? I think right now is a good time for us.

it is the same as yesterdays

@anaychi are you going to join? lol

Our school now just put in category weights for some subjects, before it was points.

So it’s
90% Tests/Quizzes
10% Homework

for Math classes.

I love it though for Math because you can be kind of lazy on homework and get 9/10 and it has virtually zero effect on your grade.

I think the other classes are just points, even if there’s supposed to be a category weight.

Could someone pm me the tiny chat link too?

When’s the next time we can tinychat? Today’s session was enjoyable.

Nobody had a sense of humor :(

Or I wasn’t funny…

The girl had absolutely no sense of humor. Like none at all.

You guys are hard to entertain :(

I was laughing in the beginning, but as time passed, I got tired. It was nice seeing nothingto’s face. I guess I’ll be the last face to be seen until I get a laptop with a webcam.

No offense but I can only handle so much random orchestra music and hand sanitizer… Oh and random dancing, that gets old after 30 seconds… And after 5 minutes… That’s just too much

Lol, tis not like we had anything better to do, the webcam was just optional.

So boring sitting at home…I need to go somewhere

Am I a horrible person if I laughed at this headline? [SAT Scores Fall Nationwide: A Harbinger of U.S. Economic Decline - DailyFinance](<a href=“Stock Portfolio & Tracker - Yahoo Finance”>Stock Portfolio & Tracker - Yahoo Finance)

Honestly I feel better reading that the national average fell.

It doesn’t surprise me, but in a way it’s kind of a relief? Makes me feel better

It kind of relieves me, but keeps me worried. It doesn’t surprise me that the national average is falling, but for reading to fall that low is ridiculous.

That article actually depressed me a bit. It might make people look better who get above 500 per section, but at the same time, it just means the American education system is falling more and more behind.

The standards of American education is quite depressing actually. There really is no excuse for such a low national average, we have so many resources here. Quite a shame.

Why does the article make me happy? The lower the national average falls, the lower the standard for competitive schools for the SAT.

But that’s an assumption.

Anyone up for tinychat right now? Same link.

@nothingto: I don’t necessarily think that is true. Nationally, yes, the average is falling, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be thousands of 2300 students applying to top schools. You know?
