<p>I got my PSAT scores!</p>

<p>CR: 77 (-2)
M: 69 (-3, omit 1)
W: 69 (-3)</p>

<p>Total: 215</p>

<p>I’m very pleased with my score. After seeing the writing curve, I adjusted my predicted score and it fell around 215. So this score was pretty much expected. I’m really disappointed in my math score, though. I did not manage my time well, so in my first section, I missed three and did not answer one. In the next section, I managed my time well and didn’t miss a single question. Looking back, my mistakes were very foolish, and I’m sure I won’t make them again. I’m hoping for a 230+ next year!</p>

<p>I just had the HARDEST final in AP Calculus today. Ugh I’m so frustrated. The free response section was some problem we had never done anything like before, and I only knew had to do part a and am almost positive I missed b, c, and d. The multiple choice was pretty easy, but I did have to guess on two questions.
This stress is ridiculous, it sucks that I have to take a final when I have a 96 in the class. It’s not going to change my grade, so why do I have to go through this stress?
Tomorrow I have my final in AP Euro, two in-class FRQs.</p>

OMG DUDE. Story of my freaking life. Everything is so basic in that class and then BOOM the final is a bunch of bs that I’ve never seen in my life. It’s like my teacher dreams up a bunch of nonsense and puts it on paper :/</p>

Good luckkk bro (: I have Chem and Lit. Not too bad. As long as my teacher doesn’t go crazy and put a ton of analyzing on my Chem test. He did that last time OTL.</p>

<p>I just hope I get out with barely there A’s this semester. Sophomore year hit me hard for some reason. I’ve gotta try harder next semester :/</p>

<p>This year was NC’s first year mandating that all sophomores take the PLAN. I took about 2-3 weeks ago. I didn’t study at all since I found out about the test the day before it was given. It was pretty easy to me (seemed like a cakewalk compared to the PSAT) since I finished every section with at least 5 minutes left. I’m hoping for at least a 29 (considering I missed one or two here and there).</p>

<p>Since the PLAN is distributed by the test company that runs the ACT, it’s mainly given in the Midwest (the majority of the ACT demographic).</p>

<p>Nothing like getting your braces back on (long story but it was all my dentist’s fault) and having nothing to do but stare at your little mistakes on the PSAT (I lost about 15 points just labeling the wrong angles and other stupid crap) and bemoan your loneliness. asdfghjkl;</p>

<p>Finals went great! I got a high A on my AP Calc final and felt good about my essays in Euro - I wrote four pages in 30 minutes, never written so fast in my life!</p>

<p>I also got my driver’s license today.</p>

<p>I have finals the second week of January, which is a week after we go back to school. I probably should start studying for AP Euro…I remember pretty much zero from first quarter.</p>
