Hey guys,
School starts in 1 day and im scared. I want to be a dentist and get into a good college but im not in any honors or aps and on my first sat practice test, i gpt a1300 and i want at least a 2000
Need tips of how to spend my junior year studywise

Hi
My 1st day is tomorrow also. I think that if you want to be a dentist but don’t have the opportunities for ap classes then you should try to take many different science classes but also look into your other interests as well. Volunteering at a dentist office might also be a good idea if there is one near you . Good luck

Mine too!
I actually just spent the day at the dentist today getting a cavity filled so I’m not going to comment on your career choice :), butawesomesauce is right- take science courses, if you can you should take APs or honors (it may not be too late to switch if that’s what you want to do), don’t go crazy, do SAT prep and don’t stress too much. Your SAT scores are probably most important, but as long as you do your best you’ll be fine.
Good luck!

First day tomorrow for me as well. Honors and AP’s do help a lot but you just have to do the best with the classes you have now if you can’t switch out. Just do your best and prep as much as possible for SAT’s (without completely burning yourself out) and I’m sure you’ll be fine
