High School Class of 2015

In four years, I STILL can’t vote! I’ll be a few weeks shy of 18 then. :p

@CE527M and Goodnoodle, I love you guys!

IT’S ELECTION DAY! I’m extremely excited and optimistic, which is unusual. I honestly think whoever wins will do a great job.

Please, no political discussion/arguments because I don’t want this thread getting locked. My school was closed today due to Election Day!

@goodnoodle, you got it!

@shmluza, thanks! I try :D

Yeah, enough with the politics, school closed here too.

Do any of you know when the results will come in? Hopefully it will be a sensible time for us here so I’m not staying up all night!

Most likely around Midnight-2 AM Eastern Time

I`ve seen them come in before Midnight before. Right before they start closing down (7 PM Eastern time) the results and early projections start to come in.

Except, of course, back when G.W. Bush ran and the world didn`t find out until what, like a week later?

On CNN, since nothing`s come in yet, it says Obama…0%, then Romney…0%, so it makes it look like all the third patry candidates are winning, pretty funny.

Hmmm… BBC are saying from 6pm EST: [BBC News - US 2012 election results](BBC News - US 2012 election results)

Yeah, that`s about when the exit polls start coming in.

haha, love that they both have 0%, I got a kick outta that.

I feel like if Someone on here “loves me” I’m on here too much haha jk

So today a couple of seniors got to to volunteer at polling stations all day. It sucks that well never get to do that since the next elections in four years, unless they take senior volunteers for house or gubernatorial elections, and idk if they do.

Around here, anyone can volunteer their time at polling stations. Any election.

Aww, someone`s embarrassed.

hahahaha goodnoodle you’re embarrassed and my mission is accomplished!

@Purpledino: I watch Honey Boo Boo!

No more political discussion, please, or the thread will be closed. Even if YOUR post is not biased, it’s likely to attract unacceptable responses.

Got it, sorry. We`ll remember.

Hey guys, even though I guess I’m taking a one of the hardest schedules here as a sophomore, I don’t consider my self extremely book smart (a lot of you are probably way better at studying/hw/remembering etc than me), but I have I would consider myself smart in general… Anyways, I’m planning on taking four ap tests this year (Psych, human geo, physics b, Calc AB) and am wondering how you guys manage (or how anyone manages) 4s and 5s… I took ap human geo last year but skipped out on the test (I now think its a lot more important and totally worth the college credit)… Anyways, I’m really stressing about how I can manage a five on that test and how I should go about preparing… I’m also worried about physics, though the class is pretty… Average; I feel the test is going to be a lot harder and my teacher tends to teach us real world instead of by the book (we don’t know basic physics Vocab like vector or scalars… And I probably would have trouble with a problem given by a textbook)… I have Princeton reviews for all of these subjects but I haven’t cracked any of them open yet… :(. … Any tips?

Ahahaha, that
s funny. That
s a good one. I`m a horrible studier/homeworker.

I`m only taking one AP class this year, my first, so sorry, no help. Maybe try getting a tutor?

Alright election happened.

Thats all i will say.

For me everything i do is home. So you could say i have none, or thats all i do
