Where are you going to camp for the summer? Despite my athletics, I made room for a week at a G-town camp.

@shmluza Actually I’m taking Honors Chem next year. I’m taking APWH and probably self studying AP CS next year. I’m deciding between AP Chem and Bio for junior year, depending on which class I like more. :P

I’m taking AP Chemistry next year! I’m super excited.

@HobbitTon That’s pretty cool! I’m hoping I like Chem H next year, but I don’t really know what to expect.

^I am also going to take AP Chemistry next year too. I heard it’s a very challenging course. Probably going to be even more challenging since I didn’t take honors chemistry. In my school, there is just chemistry and AP chemistry. No honors chemistry at my school. Most people in the class jump from honors biology. Last semester, there were 4 people that got an A in AP chem.

@Class, yeah you’re taking AP chem! (DAIMYO I hope you like H chem next year so you’ll take AP later. I think chem is really cool.) Yes I heard it’s difficult. I’m very interested in chem from the little bit I know but I’m nervous about AP. I’m not taking H. chem either, just like you. Most of my AP chem class will be juniors/seniors next year.

Let’s talk about it next year. we can push and help each other. After all, we’re CLASSOf2015HS, right? LOL

@shmluza. I wish I had put more thought into my username. I just put the first brain fart that came to me as my username.

aww, i need to create a class of '16 thread soon. feel so young :)

@Class, that’s ok. my name is yuck-i-e-r. but chemistry is cool. Hope we’ll have fun next year with it. LOL

I know there is already a thread for this, but I wanted to see if you could rate my class schedule for next year (sophomore year).

SAT2: Taking Biology in June

I have honestly got nothing

msl, do you want a rating? i’d say 6/10 as well. are APs not allowed in 10th grade or something? it looks like a pretty average schedule. your ecs do demonstrate that you have a passion for debate/speaking and writing, so just continue on in that direction (:

If you guys (fostej, and msl) don’t have AP WH available at their schools, you could always self-study the AP curriculum while taking the regular class with a review book or something.

^Kinda what I’m planning to do next year in World History honors.

I was wondering about if you have to tell the counselors that your self-studying an AP class. Also, do you get any credits for it? I’m thinking no to that one.

You gotta tell your counselors so they can order the AP exam for you.

Hey, I’m taking these classes next year:

AP Stats
AP US History
English 10
Anatomy/Physiology
Japanese 2
Drawing 1
Java 1

Look okay to you guys? I’m new. Nice to meet you :D

Are those honors courses? Everything looks up to par. And nice to meet you, tobtob. It’ll be an interesting more 3+ years.

So lucky u can take java haha and @ClassOf2015HS yeah you need to tell your counselor so he/she can sign you up for it. Also, what do you guys think are the best APs to self study?
