High School Class of 2015

Nevermind, they don’t offer Chemistry or Physics :(

@nomatterwhat, I’m taking AP chem too! From what I’ve heard, my teacher is okay. but in the past, very few people got good scores. (4 is considered good in my school. ) but I need a 5.

@nate are you a junior? Why 42? I’m curious. is it the meaning of life, the universe and everything? (Just learned the emotioncons, have to keep practicing.)

@shmluza: Well rising Junior, but I am still technically a sophomore. And it’s my football number, haha no special meaning really.

Sounds good!. :frowning:   :stuck_out_tongue:   :o

hmmm, high school class of 2015 is for current 9th graders. Why this thread is so active this early?!

Probably because it’s Memorial Day and we are out of school. Well most of us anyway.

^ You are a rising junior? Then why are you here in HS Class of 2015?

Not sure really. I find 8th graders coming on the '14 thread all the time.

In three years we will be graduating…hard to believe.

Graduation can’t come soon enough…

I just want out! Sigh Only 1095 days or so to go.

Definitely. Quite frankly, I’ve only been in secondary school for a single year and I’m already yearning to graduate…

Have any of you already taken the SAT? I want to take it this June, however, I’m not quite sure…

@jpvn:Haha I think I have to go to school for 370 more days…

@starkali: I have taken the PSAT and I will be taking the SAT this Saturday.

@starkali: I would wait and not take the SAT, and instead just take the PSAT. That way, you have an extra year to study. Because if you take the SAT now, you’re going to have to list that score on many of your apps, even if you re-take it later.

I made that mistake with the ACT. I took it as a freshman just to see how’d I do and I scored a 28. That was definitely not bad, especially for a freshman, but now I realize that I am going to have to report that 28 on many of my college apps, where instead I could have waited two years and potentially scored something like a 33 or 34.

Lol. I am very bored. I am sitting here doing a 11 page packet for 10 points extra credit on my World History Honors (no AP offered) exam.

Have you guys had an exam as long as this…

-400 Questions
-4 Essays
-2 Map Studies (Middle East and Europe)

Rob1995: Okay, thank you for the insight. I’ll definitely wait until junior year…

What is the longest exam you guys have had? Mine will be this Friday for World History Honors.

-400 Questions
-4 Essays
-2 Map Studies (Middle East and Europe)

@Rob1995, I beg to differ: [Kids Can Pick Which SAT Scores a College Sees - US News and World Report](http://www.usnews.com/education/best-colleges/test-prep/articles/2008/06/24/kids-can-pick-which-sat-scores-a-college-sees)

@yerhs: Good lord! I have never had a test over 100 questions! If I had your teacher he would receive a lot of flap from me.

I just completed my first standardized test for the year…should be an easy 100%.

My longest examination was a history one as well this year. It was only 200 questions, 3 essays, and 2 map studies though.

@jpvn: Which exam did you have?
