High school class of 2016

@glasshours L and S

NYU is too much and its too expensive for no reason especially for someone who is going to go graduate school. UPenn and NW are on my list now!

I’d definitely go for the city, but somewhere cold. Dallas is too hot for me to step outside for six/seven months of the year. I want to move to Boston or somewhere with a good public transportation system.

Unfortunately, NW does not have a business major, if it did it would be on the list and a top choice.

For heat, I agree. I really like DC weather. UVA is the southernmost college I’m applying to, excluding USC but that’s because Cali weather is weird.

Thats another thing about choosing a college. It seems like people settle in the states they went to college since those are the placea they get jobs and internships at. I definitely need to move out of state

Is NW Northwestern for you becauss I call it NU? The most southern for me would be Vanderbilt but schools like that I wont even be upset if I got rejected

I’m in Boston now. Tomorrow I’m visiting Northeastern and BU. Tufts on Tuesday.
@WindyCityKid
Got that Yale book yesterday

@Chrysanthemum14 wasn’t it crazy?

@ErenYeager you could always major in Economics at NU! I love it and I initially wrote it off because it’s 15 minutes from my house, but it’s amazing.

Yeah nw = northwestern for me

I find marketing a lot more interesting than economics, which is unfortunate because I really like NW/NU

@ErenYeager trust me, I’m into marketing as well, but you can learn a lot about that through Medill; journalism is a lot about creativity and communications b

@WindyCityKid isn’t Medill the journalism school? Is there a just-marketing path?

@ErenYeager I think the majors are just journalism related but you can definitely use that it marketing :stuck_out_tongue:

How did you guys get the Yale guidebook? Was it because you’re signed up for College Board’s student search thing?

Yeah, and do they mail it or email it?

@LikeThis not really sure how I got it, but I definitely didn’t request any information from Yale if you were wondering. @pnguon it’s basically a mini-book you receive in the mail.

Taking my first university level class at UCR today. I am so scared and stoked.

good luck! @IBGuy101
