I read the whole thing cover to cover and had to do a massive assignment on it…don’t miss that! Good luck! What English class?
@baller55 it’s a really annoying read. Even as someone really interested in race relations and race theory it just usually doesn’t “grab” at you.
Ap lit is gonna suck so much…what’s the book about?
Waiting for my school to update our class ranks and on the verge of writing random stuff for my AP lit homework. 
It’s basically about this guy trying to find himself and elevate his position as a black man in a world built for white people. Throughout the book he searches for validation through false goals or movements and loses himself.

@baller55 That was my lit assignment for my school but I dropped lit. My friend said it was an easy read but annotating it was hell.
3 weeks and 3 days before my last year of hell- I mean, learning- begins.

I don’t know why, but my AP Physics classmates are rather…unpleasant. They’ll tear anyone down to make sure they each surpass everyone in intelligence. The current Sal in my class is in there and is making every effort possible to make sure I feel dumb enough to not try anymore. :-w

Don’t pay attention to him. My class is sort of like that too though. They act supportive but they trash every person who achieves something they cannot. It sucks. Just remember, one more year!
Finished everything except for the essays, now the real work begins lol.
