High school class of 2016

@TheSlacker16 That stinks! My boyfriend graduated last year, but we never were in the same school. I think we would talk too much during class, haha.

  1. AP BC Calc
  2. AP Econ (1st)/AP Gov (2nd)
  3. AP Stat
  4. AP Physics 2
  5. AP Chem
  6. AP English Lit
  7. AP Bio
  8. Computer Maintenance

Honestly, that seems more bearable. I’ll be getting my schedule changed either tomorrow or Friday.

My crush is in physics with me again and will probably be in my Calc block when I change my schedule. I guess I’ll enjoy it while I can since this will be the last year we’ll see/talk to each other.

I’m taking completely different classes with my friends which kinda sucks; I only get to see them at lunch :’(

After the excitement from spirit week wears off school is gonna be bad I bet.

@XoXdreamerXoX is that your schedule? I’ve never seen a schedule that hard…

At my school, AP Chem and Bio are both double period, so that would be impossible.

Yes, that’s my schedule. The only class that’s bad is bio. I hate the teacher and she hates me (for wanting to be a physics major…umm…). I’ll just push through it and read the textbook as if my life depended on it.

My current schedule:

  1. Debate 1 (she is wasting my time in there and I’d rather be in something STEM related)
  2. AP BC Calc
  3. AP Econ (1st)/AP Gov (2nd)
  4. AP Physics 2 (I just love physics)
  5. AP Chem (teacher is my StuCo advisor. He loves the StuCo kids)
  6. AP Psychology (cannot stand it. He hates us and calls us stupid every five seconds)
  7. AP Bio
  8. AP English Lit&Comp

@XoXdreamerXoX dude you’re gonna kill yourself this year. I get that you wanna major in stem but Calc physics chem and bio in one year is ridiculously stupid because you’re gonna struggle too much. At most you should be in Calc and two sciences but like it’d be physics and enviro for example. Like chem bio and physics are three of the hardest courses in all of high school…

If you’re so stem rounded, why didn’t you take any of those courses before?

Actually, my Chem class is pretty relaxed on homework. Maybe one outside lab per grading period, but that’s it. Physics: I know the way my physics teacher teaches. It’s all lesson and no outside work. It requires studying for about 10 minutes a day. It’s not that bad. Stat is another laid back class and so is Gov/Econ and we get 5 homework problems a night for Calc. It’s honestly not as bad as you all think it is. My worst one was psychology sine the teacher was upset due to his AP pass rate dropping from 80% to 40%.

Bio and English are the only ones that require more than half an hour of my time per day.

Any of y’all considering majoring in Political Science? I’d wanna talk to someone else who is going to major in the same thing.

Bio alone takes 1.5 hours a day at my school O_O

How many total schools are you guys applying to? I’m going for 10-11. I’m having so much trouble narrowing it down lol.

I’ve got my Final 9, so I’m set

I’m applying to 12 for now, of which two are free applications, and one is cheap bc it’s my state(safety) school

My parents want me to apply to 4 ivies really badly.

I start my senior year on the 8th and right now I’m conflicted about my schedule. I just started my AP Chemistry homework which is 6 packets and a LOT of balancing and due on the first day. I don’t know what to do because I took chemistry my sophomore year and I don’t remember a thing.I might end up dropping this class before school even starts because it’s already stressing me out and taking AP Economics instead. So far my schedule is:

  1. AP Chemistry
  2. Spanish IV 3.AP English Literature and Compostion
  3. Pre-calculus online 5&6. Zoology(which is a career program offered in my county)

I still need to take the SAT in October, and start my college applications. I’m applying to 6 universities for now.

When a school you really want to go to waives the application fee>>>>

@Kitsyxoxo Just randomly? I’m not eligible because of my income but is there a way to just get some fees waived?
