@Tookme10mins YES i would recommend it highly to anyone it up’d my CR by 130 over 2 months.
Amazon. Dirt cheap books. Occasional free shipping. It’s convenient. That and Half Price Books. Buy at the right time and they’ll be really cheap (I actually bought a brand new copy of Paper Towns there for $3 on one of their sales). Don’t know if there is something like Half Price Books outside of here Texas, though. Some people I’ve talked to have said they’ve never heard of it.

I’m applying to 20…still have 10 more to go…so many times I have suffered from my procrastination but I never learn my lesson smh
Apparently my parents don’t care about the money, they say they’re willing to spend anything. We’re not rich though.
@nuimancel I’m applying to a similar amount of colleges and the worst part isn’t the application fees, because we get that waived, but the CSS profiles + SAT score sending. I hate the College Board with a passion.
When your sleep schedule is totally messed up from working on supplements 24/7, so when you see the 5:10AM on your computer monitor, you think it’s Jan. 1st and have a mini freak-out but it’s actually Dec. 31st. #:-S
@kuriosmind I feel you!! I usually go to bed around 2 and I look at the date and it’s like wow I have one less day but actually it will be the same day when I wake up in the morning (actually the afternoon, I sleep too much :|)
Good riddance to college apps; never logging onto the Common Application ever again. Now to prepare myself for the carnage come March… :)>-
It’s New Year’s Eve! I can’t believe 2015 is over already! I feel like things are going to be so much more intense/real as soon as we hit 2016…

Gotta choose between a nye party with friends or going to another thing with my family. Right now my moms giving me the “you can go but I really want you to come with us and I would be upset if you didn’t” thing

wait, this may be a stupid/constantly asked question,but if the deadline is January 1st and common app says “All deadlines are 11:59 p.m. your local time on the listed deadline day…” Then does that mean that technically I could submit my applications tomorrow? I know this may seem like a stupid question,but I’m panicking a little so can someone answer?
Yes, you can submit your applications at any time BEFORE 11:59 PM on January 1st. After 11:59 PM, it would be 12:00 AM meaning it won’t be January 1st anymore.
