I know. I had to think about ways to mess it up, quite honestly. @LegendarySims
Did you guys get the info for all the portals already? So far I only have Harvard and Dartmouth, but I don’t know if some got lost in the sea of common app confirmations, random college mailings, and application fee bills.
@harrisonwe98
I’m actually gonna miss high school a lot.
@kuriosmind Same. I only have Harvard and Dartmouth.
@kuriosmind I have Harvard, Dartmouth, and Yale. I submitted Brown the same day as all of them (some day last week) and still don’t have that one lol.
trying to fill out this FAFSA like :((
High school was awful can’t wait to leave
Happy New Year!
YAAAAAAAAAY. Done with 8/8. I can breathe once more.
@XoXdreamerXoX CONGRATSS!! still editing my last one… so closeee
Hi,
Could someone help? Does it look better to take 5 AP classes senior year and ending up with 2 Bs in the AP classes than taking 4 AP classes and getting 1 B in an AP classes?
@Iberis …I’d say the second option. Especially if you use that period you would’ve used for that 5th AP for some passion of yours.
@chubii Thanks. Good luuuuck!
@XoXdreamerXoX I really appreciate your feedback! Thanks!
@Iberis Although it is about quality rather than quantity, getting a B in an AP class is not so bad and the more AP classes you have, the better it looks, regardless of if you have 2 Bs. Assuming the other grades are As, the first option would seem better because even though you have 2 Bs, that’s 2 out of 5, majority being As, which is still pretty impressive. If it was not already clear, I’d go with the first option.
@Iberis i would say the first one so colleges dont thinking youre shying down from it
Which AP would you be dropping?
Also, apparently notifying colleges of a changed schedule is a pain.
@LegendarySims You just summed up everything that happened to me this year haha. Sorry about the confusion! Thank you for your feedback!
I’m assuming he/she is a junior…
If so, taking a B in a topic you’re not interested in (I mean, if you’re considering not taking it, period), isn’t really worth it IMO, especially if you could be pursuing a non-AP you’re really interested in.
@ErenYeager I love your picture! In the beginning of the year, I was thinking about taking ceramics instead of Ap Lit
@XoXdreamerXoX I really wish I didn’t take Lit haha, but it’s too late now. I’m just hoping it doesn’t look so terrible to colleges D:
