Georgia: 1 inch of snow, schools closed for three months. Matter of fact, don’t come back the rest of the semester. You seniors graduate today

The journey TO college is painful, as all I’m doing is filling out stuff. I’m sure the journey THROUGH college will be more fun.

@itsmyusername Please let there be no more snow in Michigan! I’m tired of it already. The only time it would be acceptable is if it were followed by a snow day at school.
@pseudoprimal I think about it everyday, now that I have college interviews every week. When I was a junior, I didn’t think about being in college, but I thought about getting into college all the time: what kind of essays should I write, which standardized tests should I take, what scores I need to get, what ECs I need to do. I was so worried when I was a junior, but looking back, your application is basically set at this point in your junior year, so just enjoy your time right now and start writing supplements early in the summer!
We have no school tomorrow, which is surprising since my school never cancels school. They canceled school FIVE MINUTES before school started during the last snow storm, haha.

I only have a delayed opening tomorrow, and we got like 2 feet of snow. My school is so stingy with snow days. Soo jealous of everyone who doesn’t have to go to school.
I finally got a job!
Does anyone else get jealous hearing about the schools who get multiple people into HYPSM each year, with some in multiple places? I can’t help but get a little down hearing about them.
@newjerseygirl98 Congrats! I’m too lazy to get a job and would rather just sit home all day long. Lately, I’ve thinking about getting a factory job in the summer and using all the money to get a new wardrobe.
