@eyrar99 I think 30 min is pretty average. My friend Interviewed at Harvard and took twice the normal time but did not get in so I don’t think it means much. Don’t worry about it!

i haven’t sent apps either, though i did request a couple of transcripts today. I guess that means it’s official…I’m actually applying to college. Still can’t really wrap my mind around it.

Am I the only one who feels like it’s so odd that all of this (applying to colleges) is actually happening? I’ve thought about and planned for all of this for so long, it seems surreal to actually be doing it!
HEY GUYS I HAVE A QUESTION. I asked my vice principal for recommendation letter and he agreed to write me one. So, on common app, what section for recommenders would he belong under ? Can I put him under teacher or would he go under other? If so, what type of other would he qualify as? Please help me out, thank you.
Taking the SAT tmrw. However, I’m in a dilemma. My Passport is expired (it expired recently, and I just figured out), and I don’t think I have any other photo id. For ex. I still don’t have a license/permit, and my school doesn’t offer school ids… What should I do?
@coffee-and-cramming Your vice principal taught you? Wow! :o If he didn’t (I’d be disappointed lol), then I would put him under “other.”

Is the FAFSA and the CSS the same thing? This is so confusing and I have to do everything myself. My parents and my counselor aren’t much help with the college application process.
