I have to send in verification documents to my university so I can get financial aid. Is it okay if I e-fax the docs? It says that I can fax or mail them, but I don’t know if e-fax is permitted.

@YoohooAddict An efax comes through as just a regular fax, so if faxing is an option, you can definitely efax it.
@neoking Lolz, I already faxed it thru a regular machine. Turns out the efax method had a cost attached. Thanks for the reply anyway!

Hi everyone! I just got an invitation to apply to a leader-scholar community at Brandeis. Does anyone know if this is the equivalent of a likely letter?
@greenteen17 I’m not sure – I got an invitation to apply for scholarships from UW-Madison before I was accepted, and I think everyone that applies does. This sounds more exclusive, though, so it could be more like a likely letter? I would ask on the Brandeis RD thread if there is one.
In non-college-related news, I just got hired to work at the summer camp I applied to… I’m ridiculously excited!!

just applied for some tech internships (at two fortune 500 companies & one other) and hopefully, if nsliy doesn’t work out, i’ll get a great opportunity to get paid and get experience over the summer.

ohmygosh i can’t believe it!!! my scioly team is going to my state competition!!!
oh my god like everything was last minute and scraped together but we made it to states!!!
(we only had a team go to states like once in the last ten years)

@GMKoon Same here… At least one college I applied to might release decisions this week. (Next week is the one I’m really afraid of though lol, I think that’s where the bulk will come out…)
