So glad that the school year is almost over! I still have over a month left, and I got state standardized testing this week :((
Anyway, do you guys know your official or anticipated GPAs and class ranks for the end of the year? I’m finally satisfied with my class rank! Studying at all hours of the night actually pays off lol
My school says they don’t rank, but apparently they do? Mine probably dropped a whole lot 'cause I got a B+ this year. Some teachers are just so unreasonable.

@DancingwithStars I think that I will get straight A’s this semester, which means I would stay ranked 1/354.
@DancingwithStars My school doesn’t rank, but I had 3 B’s last year, now I have all A’s. So I think mine went up. I’ll let y’all know soon.
We don’t have ranks either, but I’m fine with that. It would just be another thing to stress about… I don’t think mine would be very impressive. I think my GPA will go up a decent amount this semester though, which is good!

Well, I’ve finished everything for Computer Math, so I currently have a free period. I’m loving the end of the year.
So I was looking through all the IB courses I would have had to take if I went to my old school, and I would’ve legit killed myself. Seriously, I would’ve taken 5 IB classes! 
I’m lucky.
what’s the difference in workload between AP and IB?
@DancingwithStars My school is block, so it goes by semesters. After three semesters of high school, I was number 1 class rank. I’m guessing I’ll stay number one after this semester adds in. I took more weighted classes than my competition did. I’m proud
I got my English essay back… 90%!!! Hey, an A- is better that a B, so I’m happy!

anyway, does anyone have their summer plans ironed out? This summer I got accepted to a summer program at a local biotech company, and I get to volunteer at the science museum!

This summer I am going to take health online, take my SAT IIs, do all of my summer HW, and then go to Europe for about two weeks.
I’m 5/142, and currently studying for exams that start tomorrow. Just got to make it through Wednesday and I’ll be on summer break!
Think I’m like 85/1000+ right now, but I’ll move up after this year
I’m 7/500+ (class size used to be 700?), but definitely going to drop out of top 10 again. My 2nd semester is going to be deplorable. I’m like the worst and the best student at times.
Good News: I was offered the opportunity to do a year long mentorship/competition at the local university. I could potentially earn scholarship money at the end. It would be my 7th pd and would replace my engineering class. One of the girls said some days you get an off period.
Bad news: Didn’t make the city youth orchestra. Not surprised, my audition was mediocre.
