Caltech comes out tomorrow! I’m super hyped but also very nervous since I know rejection is imminent. 20 hours from now I know if I’ll be a beaver or not.

Thursday was a great day for me. I got a Duke BSAI likely letter and was accepted into JAX SSP (10wk summer research with paid housing food and transportation as well as a $5k stipend!)

Good luck everyone with their upcoming acceptances! I’ve been comparing prices with financial aid between all the colleges I’ve been accepted to in an effort to distract myself from the fact that Emerson admissions don’t come out for a while ahh!!!

MIT is my absolute fave and I think I have the best chance of getting in there out of all of my reaches. I really hope I get in! Plus, I find out while in jazz band rehearsal so I’ll be celebrating or sad with all of them afterwards. They’re so supportive I don’t even feel bad about decisions coming out in the middle of rehearsal.
One of my best friends just got into Caltech. He’s trying to stay humble about it but every few minutes someone congratulates him. We’re all like ^:)^ to him.
This kid who’s a bit of a bully and a gossip told me Yale was his safety school. He’s been re-rejected from Olin and Caltech so far and I can’t say I feel bad
