@nerdy01 @Foreboding Ok I might go
I HATE homecoming I just find it so incredibly useless and a huge waste of time. Like who in the name of gods green earth wants to see a bunch of horny teens grinding on each other like the world is gonna end tonight. Like sheesh people there are so many things that constitute a life besides that gah.
@Mahindra Have fun, if you do decide to go!
Lol I agree with @onlyworthypotato
It is a waste of time
On another note, what ap’s are you guys in
Do any of you guys have tips to ace algebra 2? Because as of now I have a solid B and I need all the help I can get. Thank you so much in advance! Also I don’t have any aps because at my school you aren’t allowed to take aps till junior year
@collegeready33 if you want I can tutor you I passed with a better grade than any other class I’ve taken and I took it in 6 weeks over the summer. Just DM me!!
@Microsoft_Ninja Took chem over the summer in order to take AP bio now…
AP Euro is such a struggle it is not even funny. I have to draw the map of Europe and place 70 locations on it.
@ab2002 dude no kidding! But memorization and all that is easy to me, my problem is that when I know all the information like the back of my hand I’ll still make a stupid mistake. For example I was supposed to get an A on my quiz but I mistook the words Henry IV for Henry II and put his cause of death as jousting when it was supposed to be assassination by a knife.GRRRRRR!!! >:P
The content isn’t hard to memorize, it is just knowing all the details and taking accurate notes.
I’m in AP Euro, AP Cal AB, and AP Comp Sci Prin @Microsoft_Ninja
Your taking calc now…
There goes my confidence, I’m only in precalc
I took precal over the summer and now I’m struggling in ap cal (I have a B right now ), so I envy you lol @Microsoft_Ninja
Hey guys I was wondering…everyone’s focus on here is mainly math and science is there anyone who is really passionate about the humanities??? I feel like we need a more diverse group of people on here
@onlyworthypotato I absolutely love writing. I’d honestly spend all my time on it if I could. I’m taking advanced science and math classes because my middle school was really competitive and put us all ahead a couple years in math and the science was all inference-based and last year was laughably easy for me. My school has a pathetic offering of advanced english so I’m taking classes for fun at my community college.
Lol, I wish I could’ve taken precalc over the summer, but my school is really strict about classes. I had to argue for days with my counselor to take ap’s
@Itwixster Yay finally someone who shares my outlook!! I’m so happy to find a kindred spirit! My school is definitely very STEM focused but I’m planning on taking the creative writing class that’s offered to juniors and seniors next year and I’m going to be participating in NaNoWriMo this year!! I’m super excited but super nervous because I really need to crack down on time management with hw and school dominating most of my time.
@onlyworthypotato Even though I plan to go into computer science, I love politics and history! I plan to eventually take an economics course and get into data science for finance.
@onlyworthypotato we definitely seem to be in the minority on this site! The creative writing class sounds cool. My school is super limited in english classes. We have two options junior and senior year: CP or AP. NaNoWriMo sounds awesome! I’ve been writing for the Teen Ink magazine to try and get some writing experience in my free time, and that’s been pretty fun.
