<p>eek that was me with the kids 8 years apart- but my younger sister whose oldest is 6 mo younger than my oldest ( who will be 28 this month), also has one who just turned five.
Same husband as well.
My mother used to make the comment that my sisters husband was closer to * her age.
I suggested to my H, that unless he wanted to bear the next child, that he get a V, so he did. Thank goodness.</p>
<p>45 isn’t really * that* old though. I had quite a few friends who had their first at 40, but it would be a change in perspective.
Even with them 8 years apart , it took me a while to stop wondering where the baby came from.</p>
