<p>I’m a sophomore in High school right now and I’m beyond worried for college :S
Unfortunately this year wasn’t the best year regarding academics i ended up with 2 C’s one in Honors Bio and one in Honors Alg. 2 I was very disappointed in myself. I believe that I need to get straight A’s next year to redeem myself (hopefully) </p>
<p>I have a 3.5 GPA (thanks to freshman year with only 1 B+ and rest A’s).
I just took the ACT and got a 22 (without prep) which I hope to raise to atleast a 30.
I’m junior class senator I’ll be in leadership all year next year and plan to run for senior class sec.
I haven’t taken the SAT yet.
I volunteer at Seattle Children’s hospital once a week for 4 hours. (they’ll give me a letter of recommendation after my 6 months shift)
I’ll be taking 2 AP’s next year (APUSH and AP lang) </p>
<p>my question is: will I get into a good/decent college? like UW, Western, UCSB.
My dream is Georgetown, but thanks to my 2 C’s that doesn’t seem as practical. Also, do I have a chance in getting into any Cali schools?
