Hi, I’m an international student, I didn’t know that the school I attended shut down the last year and changed its name and I don’t know what to do now. My questions are how do I get my transcripts and letters of recommendation from a school that no longer exists? The school is still operating but they changed the name of the school, so all of my documents that used to have the old name of the school were replaced with the new name, does that matter? Is it okay for me to apply with the school’s new name even though is not the same from the one I attended, what should I do in this case? I really need help with this, I already asked the common application via email and they didn’t answer my question, if someone knows how to solve this I’d really appreciate it, thank you.
Attach a letter from the head of school head explaining the change. Should not be a problem.
