Home-country Education

hey everyone, I’ve read posts of a couple people that are applying to the states because the higher education of their own country sux. Does anyone else live in a country where higher education is up to par with the top education in the states? I live in Chile, where most people that study grad in the states become one of the top students of their graduating class (all three of our presidential candidates graduated tops of Duke, Harvard, and Yale. 7/10 of the executives that studied grad graduated top 5% of their class). I was wondering, is this the case with anyone else?

Well, if your country’s education is that good, then why did all three of your presidential candidates have to go and study in US? I don’t mean to be offensive, but I just found your arguments a little strange.

They studied Grad there, not undergrad. I’m just highlighting the quality of undergrad education and how that prepares individuals for higher education.

Really? Never knew that.
