Yes, I believe everyone hopes that all can be rescued today. These young people have already suffered greatly and the entire rescue group must be quite exhausted.

The official spokesman said all 5 will come out today (but I’m sure if the rescuers feel it is unsafe their decision will be respected and honored), per the link I posted above.

They also say that the MD and everyone else will be exiting as well. Several sources repeat that info that they will be rescuing all 5 today—4 boys + coach.
Everything is proceeding like prior two days despite rain and an extra person to rescue according to Guardian article above.
Here’s another update. I sense optimism re the final rescue. My mind, however, still goes to the fallen Thai Navy SEAL. I keep telling myself he knew the risk and died attempting to help others.
The latest update I read says 3 Thai navy seals and the Australian MD who stayed overnight will be exiting the cave as well, with the 4 boys + coach.

I give the divers so much credit! Conditions sound extremely hazardous —low visibility, sharp rocks, having to climb with gear —wow!

An Australian news service is reporting that all of the boys and their coach are out. I haven’t been able to find that anywhere else yet.

Just saw on CNN that everyone has been successfully rescued out of the cave – all of the boys and the coach. Just miraculous. It was a well executed international effort that displayed the best of humanity. Hopefully all will recover well.
Kudos to the brave, skilled, hardworking members of this amazing multinational rescue team and may the memory of the former Thai SEAL who passed away as part of this effort be forever blessed.

Apparently some.rescuers (the doctor and some Thai SEALS) are.still in the cave – hopefully all will be safely out soon.
So amazing! I just hope there’s a lot of support and counseling available for all the boys. Their ordeal is not over.
