Is there any chance of me getting into any colleges after these horrible grades? I didn’t include my midterms and final grades but some of those were pretty bad too… I did much better my freshman and sophomore year. Will this still hurt my chances?

What’s your GPA?
What other classes did you take and what’s your final grade in them?
Why did you get those grades (lack of work, material too difficult, external circumstances such as parents divorce, focus on a sport/job…?)
There are lots of 4- year colleges. There’s certainly one, two or five for you

It’s entirely possible that as a 16 year old high school kid, you weren’t ready for all those college level classes. Or, as @MYOS1634 suggested, that there were other forces in play.

Deep breaths. There are plenty of colleges for kids with a 3.13 GPA-- even if your frosh and soph years bring that up a bit.

Take a look at the threads for “3.0-3.4 GPA” and “B/C students.”

college usually look at your your final grade for the class …they don’t see the “D” but the over all average for the year.

Did you only take three classes? What is reported on your final transcript?

“they don’t see the “D” but the over all average for the year.”

They see whatever’s on the transcript. There’s no reason to think it includes any overall average for the year, or that it omits quarter grades. (Neither quarter nor final grades are calculated for my kid’s district, for instance. The transcripts show one letter grade for each semester, and colleges have no other information available to consider.)
