Hosiery

@Waiting2exhale , no it does not. You don’t even realize it’s there. Seriously, the only pair I’ve ever wiorn that doesn’t pop off after 2 steps and bunch under my feet.

@mathmom , I’m also one that wore pantyhose for decades as part of my work uniform. I was always a “B” size, I never once considered buying queen size. I wish I had!! Those Leggs hose were awful and I had a little waist then. Although I do have to say I found a pair in the drugstores that were quite comfy, I wish I could remember their name. They were in a red square package. Not as silky or sheer as the department store brand, not as pricey.

I bet that look with the cute little socks is darling! I remember in my early 20’s, for about a blink of an eye, we wore ankle socks with our high heels and mid length skirts. Does anyone remember that? The look lasted maybe a few months, didn’t catch on well in the Midwest. I think I wore the look maybe 3 times.

Ahaha!!! First day of the year when the temps really dropped below freezing… I just felt like wearing my Wolford hose with my flower combat boots and cozy cashmere dress today. (The reality… all my black tights were in the wash  ). Two of my female coworkers told me that I was soooo brave to go bare legged in such frigid temps! They were shocked when I told them to look closer. Wolford hose rocks. B-)
