Housing needs to fix its mail forwarding system

<p>I have financial aid bills of the people next door, people who were in my room last year
BUT NOT MINE.</p>

<p>AND I also lost a 100 dollar paycheck in the mail (over the summer), because their mail forwarding system is crap.</p>

<p>Compensation, anyone? =(</p>

<p>It’s not housing, it’s a separate entity. And, yes, it is awful. To be fair, you’re supposed to fill out a forwarding form if you’re not living on grounds the next year…</p>

<p>I’m still with housing … in the same residential college even – just a different building.</p>

<p>Isn’t it frustrating to complain about something on here when you could go to the source and fix whatever it is that’s wrong?</p>

<p>Except there really isn’t an official “complaint” forum to go to.</p>

<p>You don’t need a complaint form. You need to look up the service with which you are having trouble and send the office responsible an email.</p>
