How can I get a 5 in AP Studio Art Drawing?

I’m taking AP Studio Art Drawing this year. I really want to get a 5 on the AP Exam, but I’m not sure whether I am capable . I’ve seen the sample submissions on CollegeBoard, but I don’t know what exactly makes those submissions worthy of a 5. I’m definitely not the best artist in my school, but I am fairly confident in my skills. I’ve been drawing since I was 2 years old and have taken 3 or 4 art classes (I’m a sophomore btw). Is there some sort of a rubric for art that I can use to improve my chances of getting a 5?

Yes.

But really, you would need an experienced teacher to evaluate your work against the rubric and offer guidance on how to improve.

Thank you.

Look here for examples of what art will get you a score of 5.
