<p>OK so I have this project in English to do. It’s a paper on a year in my life, when I’m 25, and my teacher assigned us different scenarios (age, marital status, salary, debt, place of residence, etc.) It’s actually a fun project, but my scenario says that my salary is $378,000, and I’m $943,000 in debt, with savings of $57,000. The debt isn’t too hard to handle, I’m gonna attribute it to schooling and my mortgage (I live in Los Altos Hills, CA). I can’t be anything that requires professional/grad school (doctor, dentist, lawyer, etc.) bc I wouldn’t even be done with school by that age. What jobs would you recommend? Thanks in advance for any interesting ideas that you guys have!</p>

<p>start a business with really high overhead (i.e. restaurant) that is very costly the first few years (putting you into heavy debt), but then it becomes insanely successful and you start making $378,000/year.</p>

<p>At first I thought of being an investment banker but I don’t think you make that much by the time you’re 25. I think opening a business would be the best. Plus, you can be so creative. Just have fun with the project, you can basically do anything! It doesn’t even have to be realistic. Say that you invented a talking toilet or something. (Okay I know they have these in Japan but seriously, who wants a toilet that talks to you?)</p>

<p>You finished college at 19, law school at 23, and clerked for a Supreme Court Judge. $380K is you starting salary at a fancy Washinton D.C. law firm.</p>
<p>Realistically, 380k is not a starting salary at a law firm at least not yearly. 175k at the top places is the norm, or around there.</p>

<p>I went on a field trip to the Supreme Court last week, and one of the kids asked what clerks make after they leave, and the answer was twice what the Justices make. Just passing that along.</p>

<li><p>Develope a ridiculously comprehensive how-to book on the topic you love, and give it away for free. Have an opt-in list so people have to give you email addresses to receive it.</p></li>
<li><p>Make weekly blogs about that topic to feed them with more information.</p></li>
<li><p>Joint Venture with a bunch of marketing gurus, go to multiple product selling sites such as clickbank, ebay, etc.</p></li>
<li><p>Plan a release date for an upsell product, and price it at $977. Make it sound like the god-level of all products relating to your topic. Buy lists from other people and companies. Make press releases, generate publicity, etc.</p></li>

<p>Also, you can go into Forex Markets with $300K, and do a mini lot buy-in. <a href=“http://www.babypips.com%5B/url%5D”>www.babypips.com</a>, study that and do demo accounts for 3 months, then in your 5th month start trading and if you’re getting close to 1 year and haven’t earned enough yet, crank up to a 300:1 ratio and make a million in a day! Hahahahah.</p>
<p>Or, you can invest in some properties. Trump has some really nice places going on in Mexico and Vegas right now. Both hotel locations sold out in 1 day, and tower two verisons are being built. So if you grabbed 2-3 of those places and flipped it immediately, that’s maybe $900K+.</p>
<p>Lots of ways, especially if you have $380K to start off with.</p>
