<p>Well, I just wanted to hear some thoughts or ideas. By leaders, it can be defined in many ways, such as leading a group, having the skills or ideas of one. Emotional intelligence? Judgement? Innovation? Critical Thinking? By change, it can mean be making standards amd curriculum better in the country. Having better and more prepared teachers, use of technology, importance of core subjects and electives such as foreign languages or debate,etc. So, basically what do you think on how education can be improved for 21st leaders.</p>
