Do schools prefer one B (in a core class) and the rest A’s and A+s or 4 A-'s and one A in core class if the course rigor is the same? I would assume the 2nd option but wanted to know your thoughts.
A’s are always better than B’s. Some colleges throw out incoming half-grades and refigure your gpa on whole grades…in which case, all of those A-'s would be much more valuable.
