I spend hours everyday sitting down to study and do homework and would like to stay fit as well. Do you guys have any strategies to work out while studying?
I used to outline my readings and then take the outline to the gym and go over it while doing the stairmaster, elliptical machine or stationary bike.
To add to the above, you could record yourself reading class notes/ouline/important terms & points or even complete lectures (with instructor approval). And listen to it while working out.
