So my predictment is in my current math class I have a 96 overall average and a 99 for my third quarter average. But I got rejected to algebra 2 honors. However, people who are Asian got in with lower scores (ex 86 and stuff) Now I am not trying to be racist but saying statistics. Majority of honor classes are 90 percent Asian in my school. I understand they are qualified but I am more qualified then most. I am really good at math and usually top of my classes. Am I the only one that thinks this is racist? (I am Spanish btw) Should I get like 102 in math to be notice ?? Sorry for ranting I am just upset that people I tutor or help in my math class got in and I didn’t. I just feel like my hard is not paying off.
