How do you check your app is actually complete?

<p>As the title said, how do you check if it is complete. If you mail the in-state tuition form, how do you know they received them? I sent out about 4 forms to 4 different schools in virginia, and what happened was 3 out of 4 couldn’t receive them and I hope the fourth one, W&M, did receive them.</p>
