I’m kinda new to this college application process, so I have no idea as to how being an asylum seeker would affect my odds of getting accepted to a college.

I did not speak English well in my freshman year, so was enrolled in an ESOL class.
I was trying to graduate in 2 years. I already had 23 credits by the time I was done with my sophomore year thanks to the classes I took in middle school, and online/summer classes.
I am an IB diploma candidate.
I got 1420 on the SAT, and my projected GPA is 3.60 unweighted, 4.15 weighted.
I am taking/will take IB Math HL, IB Physics 2 HL, IB Chemistry 2 HL, IB Business HL, IB Arabic, IB Topics, TOK, IB language and literature, IB Design and Technology.
EC’s
Math honors society, FBLA, school’s Robotics team. My EC’s are pretty weak because I barely spoke English in my freshman, and sophomore year.
What are my odds of getting accepted to UVA?
