How does Intel ISEF respond to late submissions?

<p>So I have a friend who qualified for ISEF. However, she won’t be able to upload the paperwork until today, the day after they were due. I understand that ISEF’s website says that all paperwork must be submitted and that there are “no exceptions.” However, does anyone have any first hand experience with this? Do they really not accept any late paperwork? I know that there probably aren’t very many people who have been in this situation.</p>
