At Exeter I know they have a plethora of clubs/organizations that you can join, how good are they? For example, the ski/snowboarding club, do they go often or just once or twice?

I’m not in the club but it probably isn’t that active since I never really hear of people going skiing. Also I don’t think people have time to go skiing regularly. I might be completely wrong though. Student Activities does arrange a ski trip open to the whole school. And if you have good class reps you can ask them to arrange a snow tubing trip (it’s SUPER FUN and it’s pretty close).

I’m very satisfied with the extracurriculars at Exeter. I think there is something for everyone, and if not you can start a new club. Also, if the club isn’t that good, you yourself can make it better (yay personal initiatives and leadership!). And it’s actually really easy to do that. I think that’s what I love about Exeter–that everything is really just what you make out of it.

So…yeah. Extracurricular life at Exeter is legit. ESSO is getting really serious with commitment, math club is insane (two meetings per week plus…I remember getting hw??), I know people who sacrifice their grades for dem club, debate, the Exonian, there are so many others. People are passionate about things…though sometimes they’re just doing it for college. I think there are less people at Exeter who do things for college than at the public high school in my town.

Well, I can say that is very promising then. Yay for Exeter being awesome!

Eh, tuesdayair always seems to say what I want to say before I can say it about Exeter, so I’ll just second his opinion!

sorry i just have too much time on my hands :)
