How good is Iowa degree for future.

Hi Guys. Speaking from India.
I am accepted to Iowa state university. My SAT is 1340( Reading + Maths). So I think I would be accepted to Honours Mech Engg.
With a Honors degree and good Profile, after 4 years, what are my chances to step in Stanford or Harvard.
Any Iowa state Graduates are most welcome.

People not from Iowa can Also comment. Waiting for your replies. Thanks.

Harvard isn’t really an engineering school.

If you do very well at Iowa State, you can get into Stanford. It’s a little easier to get into the school as a graduate engineering student than as an undergraduate. Many of the graduate engineering students are part-time students who work full-time during the day, and have their tuition paid by their employers. In order to make a lot of money off of these programs, Stanford admits a relatively large number of students, although standards are still high.
