@college101bound my friend also got off the waitlist but it was like April 29th or something. he appealed though

I don’t believe it. Everytime somebody calls they say they are still counting SIRs. It seriously wouldn’t make sense for uci to not have spots.
I think they said that in 2013 too though… I think they’re just saying they’re still counting SIRs just to stall us… it’s pretty pathetic imo

@waitlisted1234 Likely that’s for us transfer students. We have a deadline of submitting a SIR on May 15th.
@waitlisted1234 I personally think this might be a good sign. Because according to ucsc, UCs seem to release all decisions in one day if they are rejections. But acceptances are always in batches
