How likely is it that Dean J's Twitter post was about my essay?

A few weeks ago, Dean J posted on Twitter, and it said something on the lines of "Our applicants have great tastes in music. I read essays about Pink Floyd, the Allman Brothers Band, and Jimi Hendrix.

My supplement for the College of Arts and Sciences was about a Pink Floyd song and how it tied into my beliefs of helping those who are less fortunate and participating in community service.
So, how likely is it that the post was reffering to my essay? If it was referring to my essay, is that a good sign as far as being admitted?

If you look at the websites of the schools to which you applied, you can usually find out who reads the applications from your area. :slight_smile:

I’ve read 3-4 Pink Floyd essays so far this year. If you’re from my territory, yours would have been one them.

LOL… @pinkfloyd7421 I bet you didn’t know that @Dean.j was going to jump in with an answer!

i’m going to think positive…I believe you will get in!

@Dean J
Thanks for taking the time to read my post and reply!
I was looking at the list of Deans of Admissions, and I could not find one that completely fit my location. One of the areas that your page says you read is Fairfax, so I was wondering if you also read Loudoun County’s since Loudoun is right next to Fairfax.
