How much sleep do I need minimum for finals?

Hey,
So finals start tomorrow and go until Friday. I kind of put studying off until last weekend, so I need to cram now. I have H. English tomorrow, H. Chemistry, Spanish, and Sacraments are Thursday, and H. Alg 2/trig is Friday, I’m not worried about math (I need a 55% to stay at an A). I’m worried about Chemistry though because I’m at 93.35% (A), and 92.9 is an A-. I need a 91% on the chem final to stay at an A. If I get like 3 hours a sleep tonight and tomorrow night studying for the chem final, will I do well on it, or will it be better to sleep? Websites say it’s more important to sleep, but I honestly don’t believe them. What is the minimum time of sleep I can get a night for tonight and tomorrow night to do well on the final?

Thanks

If you don’t know what you’re doing, not studying will hurt you more than not sleeping.

you should get between 8 to 10 hours of sleep per day

It’s better to get more sleep (min 6/7 per night) as anything you learn before going to sleep you would have forgotten by morning. Also instead of staying up late to study wake up a bit earlier and go over your notes.
You need to make sure you produce enough serotonin between 1-5am. This can only be done while you are asleep. Serotonin is important because it is the neurotransmitter that basically controls most brain functions. Changing your regular sleep cycle will disrupt the amount of serotonin your body produces therefor affecting your exam performance.
